Muslim Women Wear A Hijab

The hijab has become a global phenomenon for Muslim women, and in recent times the hijab has increased significantly as women participate in Western society or appear in the media. It is important to understand the reasons behind wearing the hijab so that misunderstandings can be clarified and Muslim women can feel comfortable and welcome in their favor. Deserves respect and honor which is considered extraordinary and unacceptable by social standards.

The hijab is a piece of clothing that Muslim women wear to cover themselves when outside or in the presence of men who are not part of their family.

Allah Says In The Quran:

وقُل لِّلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِ يَغْضُضْنَ مِنْ أَبْصَٰرِهِنَّ وَيَحْفَظْنَ فُرُوجَهُنَّ وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا ۖ وَلْيَضْرِبْنَ بِخُمُرِهِنَّ عَلَىٰ جُيُوبِهِنَّ ۖ وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا لِبُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ ءَابَآئِهِنَّ أَوْ ءَابَآءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَآئِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَآءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ إِخْوَٰنِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِىٓ إِخْوَٰنِهِنَّ أَوْ بَنِىٓ أَخَوَٰتِهِنَّ أَوْ نِسَآئِهِنَّ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَٰنُهُنَّ أَوِ ٱلتَّٰبِعِينَ غَيْرِ أُو۟لِى ٱلْإِرْبَةِ مِنَ ٱلرِّجَالِ أَوِ ٱلطِّفْلِ ٱلَّذِينَ لَمْ يَظْهَرُوا۟ عَلَىٰ عَوْرَٰتِ ٱلنِّسَآءِ ۖ وَلَا يَضْرِبْنَ بِأَرْجُلِهِنَّ لِيُعْلَمَ مَا يُخْفِينَ مِن زِينَتِهِنَّ ۚ وَتُوبُوٓا۟ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ جَمِيعًا أَيُّهَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ

And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and guard their chastity, and not to reveal their adornments except what normally appears. Let them draw their veils over their chests, and not reveal their ˹hidden˺ adornments except to their husbands, their fathers, their fathers-in-law, their sons, their stepsons, their brothers, their brothers’ sons or sisters’ sons, their fellow women, those ˹bondwomen˺ in their possession, male attendants with no desire, or children who are still unaware of women’s nakedness. Let them not stomp their feet, drawing attention to their hidden adornments. Turn to Allah in repentance all together, O  believers, so that you may be successful.(Quran 24:31)

In this verse, Allah tells the believing women to wear hijab on their chests. The word khimar is mentioned in classical Arabic as a garment that covers the head and body parts. Before the revelation of this verse, at the time of the Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) Muslim women used to wear their Khimars and throw it behind their backs, which left part of their bodies exposed.

Muslim women should not be forced to wear hijab, but if they wear hijab with the intention of pleasing the importance of God's power to a Muslim woman, then she will be rewarded for her sacrifice and obedience to her Lord.

I believe we have bodies and Allah has given them to us but women are human beings they are symbols not even a tear wearing modest clothes to show that they want to be valued apart from our sexuality. There is nothing wrong with dressing up to show off the beauty of Muslim women prefer to do it only for their husbands.
